Thank you for your excellent care during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. The location was near West Lake and shopping area. There was a bit noise in the morning. However, all in all the experience was very good and we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends staying in Hanoi.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just outside the Old Quarter and close to the Sunday night market. the room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and comfortable beds. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to help. the breakfast was excellent, with delicious options like piquant chicken pho and French bread. If you're looking for a hotel with a touch of luxury, this is the perfect place!

Although the hotel offers a great experience, the outside noise can get a bit distracting at night.

the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many key landmarks just a short walk away.

The overall experience was ruined by the constant noise from a nearby bar, making it difficult to sleep at night. the lack of reliable wifi in the rooms was frustrating, as we had to go to the lobby to stay connected.
